Prior to arriving to Philbrook's we had started a dialogue regarding the work list, along with photos, to help with estimating and pre-planning.  This was useful as I was able to ensure that the parts (transducers and paint) were available and transported them with us avoiding any lead time issues or transportation cost associated with a border crossing.

Our project manager, Ian, checked in with us first thing on Monday.  Ian promply started introducing us to the leads responsible for the work packages.  The whole process was very professional with good collaboration.  I was able to walk through each item of my list with the appropriate lead and discuss details.  Immediately after being hauled out we had people on the boat starting work on various projects.

Servicing of the salon compressor was completed prior to haul-out with just a topping off of the refrigerant to account for the cooler NW climate, versus the southern climate where it was last serviced, slightly increasing the pressure in the system.

Today the stabilizers have been removed as well as the current seals.  Inspecting the current seals, which have 2.25 years of service on them, their condition indicates they could easily serve for another year.  New seals were installed and the stabilizers have been reinstalled.  

The stern pulpit repair is complete and the hull penetration for the relocated black water seacock was also completed today. 

Hull prep is complete and painting of the hull and fins started today, parts for the kayak davit arrived today, and the generator base reinforcement strap is in progress.  Prep work for the rail cap started as well as planning effort for the transducer installation.

The assessment of the hull, bottom paint, and zinc is that they are in excellent condition.  The PropSpeed is in good condition and does not need any repair.  Overall the bottom paint is in good condition and the zincs do not need replacement.
