April 10, 2021 - Lois's Birthday Presents
Raven came with some partially functioning rope lights in the pilot house that were wired with 110V extension chord! This HAD to go - totally unacceptable.
In addition we needed to transform the boat from the tropical art work to Pacific Northwest artwork. So I promised to replace the lights and we acquired a namesake piece of art.
The lights were purchased from DRSA in Florida and are 24V RGB tape light with a remote control. Miller and Miller was able to install them and it worked out perfectly. They are very cool!

We had acquired RUFFLES, a local Orca, while visiting Poulsbo a couple of years ago. However Raven needed a little something special. So Lois found RAVEN FLIGHT at Stonington Gallery. The artist is Barry Herem and the medium is corten steel. Lois had to special order this piece to have it scaled down to fit the cabinet space. And I found stand-offs that would support the piece from the overhead cabinet.
