July 26, 2021 - Glacier Bay

We headed up the Muir Inlet to check out Muir Glacier.  It was a pleasant cruise with spectacular views of the mountains and glaciers.  As spectacular as it was, it was also saddening to realize how much of the glaciers had receded.

Our next day plan was to travel up the Wachusett Inlet to take in what we could before departing the park so we selected Blue Mouse Cove as our next stop.  It was a pleasant cove with only one other boat AND we had the pleasure of watching a grizzly bear forage along the shoreline.
