June 24, 2022 - Gambier Bay
Returned to Raven late Tuesday, June 21st after our trip to Phuket. We delayed our return a few days as well to let Admiral Lois get past her contagious period of COVID. Completed some reprovisioning from the local IGA and housekeeping for our departure north. The forecast called for warm, sunny days with calm conditions so we decided to head to Gambier Bay where we could get the kayaks in the water and further explore this bay.
We transited Wrangell Narrows, passed Petersbug at 11:30, continuing up Frederick Sound into Stephens Passage and dropped the anchor 12 hours later all under settled conditions.
